Billy and Kristin Calderwood have served as the lead pastors of the Goleta Foursquare Church (Aqueous) since November 2002. They have three children, Jeremiah, Emma and Bella. In addition to serving the Aqueous community, Billy serves as the church multiplication coordinator for the Gold Coast District of Foursquare Churches. Kristin teaches elementary school drama.

Welcome! Thanks for visiting Aqueous on the web. It is difficult to choose one thing to be said in this short space that would give you an indication of who we are or the journey we have been on that has brought us here. Perhaps most simply put, we think Jesus is amazing! As pastors at Aqueous, we have the privilege of joining together with a growing group of extraordinary, creative, and generous people who together with us, are discovering what it means to live captivated by the beauty, mercy, grace, power, and example of God's love expressed in the person of Jesus and revealed to us in the story of the Bible. As a community, we are compelled by the invitation he gives to become immersed in this abundance and to live a life that is truly alive. As we continue in our ongoing journey with God, we are becoming ever more aware of the dynamic reality God's Kingdom, the beauty of God's purpose and the depth of his love. We are a people in progress, together on a journey of becoming, daily being captivated by the transformational life giving person of Jesus and, as a community of people, joyfully discovering our place in this story.
